BillShield provides AI-powered analysis of bills and financial statements to identify forgotten subscriptions, hidden fees, duplicate charges, and overpayments.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload fraudulent or misleading documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or copy the service

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are billed in advance
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLSHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillShield from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where BillShield operates.
